Very left field, pretty much a serendipitous accident. Went to reach for a can of Brewdog United Planet in that drawer in the fridge that sensible people use for lettuce. Pulled out a 300ml can only to find it was this lychee fizz. Gulped a mouthful and thought "hmm I know what would go unbelievably well with this..." and they're made for each other. The overall effect is madly sweet, nothing like the astringency of a good G&T but the combination works much better than the Fever Tree aromatic tonic (pink tin) I tried it with when I was first given the rhubarb and ginger gin.

A couple of days in stunning Tenby meant I could try some Harbwr Tenby Brewery ales at the Brewery itself.
From top Red Berry Bay, Sir Galahad, North Star and Calder Lollipop.
All delicious.
