Do a patch test on your inner arm and leave for ten minutes and check for any reaction. If no reaction you should be ok. I always patch test any skin product that is new to me just to be on the safe side.
 
OP asked, some members expressed their taught and experiences Good or Bad, we don't need a debate about how bad or how good a product. This is the biggest piss off in this forum and it is getting worse, some people try so hard to convince and disrespectful.
To the OP, just buy the stick, try it, if you like it good if not bin it.

Judging from various threads on different forums over the time I've been a member, I reckon Arko is the most polarising shaving product out there, particularly the smell. Some people think it smells like a urinal puck, others (like me) are transported back to a Turkish hammam.

It's the classic example of YMMV. We're all grown adults capable of making our own decisions on what we like (aren't we?), so let's respect that and move on. It's only shaving soap, after all...

Absolutely but my take is there are many :rolleyes: other products in the bathroom that I prefer so it gets pushed to the back. Saying that a stick fits very nicely in one of the metal tubes from a travel set so I may yet take it on hols at Easter?

I totally agree with you. I have it and use it occasionally but I have many soap's that I think are far superior such as my number one favourite OSP. :)

OSP is by far my number one product now. I dont bother with anything else anymore.....
One razor, one brush and two OSP creams.
Always a perfect shave.....just wish James would make the sandalwood scent stronger.
