Mild Razor for SE Beginner

I was just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that does a selection pack of ac blades to try out with the Excalibur? Can’t wait to give it a go and am holding back from buying a hawk v2 or supply pro until once I’ve had a go on it.

It looks like you might have a source but let me know if you'd like to try a Schick Proline (the only kind I have).

Just a little update on my third shave with my Hawk v3. Another great shave with the Schick Proline p-30.

Since you've already got some AC blades, how about one of these?

Great little razor which quickly became my favourite way to shave (maybe one day I'll learn how to hone my traditional straights..). If you're curious about shaving the old-fashioned way I'd recommend it.

Hi guys, It's been a while since I've posted here. After getting my Hawk V3, it has become my go-to razor, and I get the best shaves from it. I'm now looking to treat myself to a new razor. Could anyone recommend a razor that is similar to the Hawk V3? I prefer my razors to be mild.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi, I'm looking at getting a SE razor. I'm not sure what to go for though. I'm looking for one that is pretty mild. Could someone recommend me one for a beginner at SE shaving? looking to spend around £65 can go a little higher if needed though.

Thanks
Callum
Injector or half DE blade?

Injector: Shave Classic (on Amazon U.S.) said to be close to a Schick Injector clone and uses the Schick injector blades in the yellow packet; Supply SE razor.

Half DE blade: Parker SoloEdge; Leaf Twig.

Overall, injector blades cost more but last longer than DE blades because they are thicker.
