Scent of The Day

I left the house without a fragrance today & I feel dirty & ashamed!!!

I always leave the house fragrance free....... It will only end up all over my bike leathers and neck tube instead of me, if I don't.

Of course, that's what the eight or nine bottles (and small bag of 5ml atomisers) of smellies are in my desk for: Into work, leathers off, uniform on, brekky, coffee, scent up and at it!

Today: lovely warm and bright day, so my mood screamed Bleu De Chanel Eau De Parfum.

Weather has taken a turn so needed something warming. Strongly considered my Caldey Island Lavender but a poor night's sleep meant it probably would have sent me to sleep during work...

Therefore, I have opted for Penhaligon's Endymion. I've a 25mL bottle in the car to top up if required and a 50mL bottle at home! Both bought on the cheap, life is good! :D

Greetings

Tuberosa from the Miller Harris library range: Lynn Harris lists it as a unisex fragrance, I feel it's more feminine but that neither stops me loving it or wearing it. In fact I don't give a damn about perfume gender labels I've soon learnt that they are pretty meaningless, some of my favourites are classed as feminine. It does mean however that my daughter on occasion 'blags' one off me, thus was the case with my Balenciaga Paris, subtle hints after trying it how much her friends at work liked it, until I gave it to her! Her partners opinion, "They're all much of a likeness to me"!

Tuberosa is the longest lasting of the Miller Harris fragrances that I have tried, most of them (IMHO) are delightful but fairly short lived and with limited sillage.

Regards
Dick.
