Mine arrived the other day. The key wouldn't push all the way home so I had to finish loading with a pair of pliers, after having jiggled a bit with a small screwdriver to widen the gap at the far end. Got it all set up and looking hunky-doory (how is that supposed to be spelled?) and put it aside ready for the morning.

It seemed very mild at first but half way down the first stroke, I realised it wasn't shaving. A thumb test confirmed it couldn't shave to save it's life.

On the up side, it looks very pretty and handles very well indeed. I was delighted as I unwrapped it.

common concensess is that it generally needs tweaking in the head.
