I have used the Patchouli and Lime shaving oil with great satisfaction .
I ordered the Canadian Glacial Clay Aftershave Balm but they sent me Egyptian Prince by mistake.
Despite promising they would send the correct item, they failed to do so and to date have ignored two sets of emails and even a written letter.
A very disappointing response and extremely poor customer care which has persuaded me to look elsewhere in future.
