I just wanted to acknowledge the generosity of N_architect.
I recently purchased a razor and some shaving cream from him and was struck by several aspects of the transaction:
The speed and care with which he packed and despatched the parcel
His communication - keeping me apprised of the progress of the parcel
His very generous PIFs included with the parcel which were totally unexpected.
All in all a very positive experience.
On a side note, I only joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and I've already been asked by my wife "how many more razors are you planning to buy?" (insert resigned, exasperated tone here).
Thanks also are due to those individuals who provide this forum for us.
