Wow, this is delicious. It was delivered today by Waitrose. I do enjoy New York cheesecake, Polish cheesecake and previously German cheesecake was my favourite. I would love to try the Japanese souffle version too.

Imagine a German cheesecake deep fried. They are very popular in North Rhine - Westphalia, Germany and Limburg in The Netherlands. I got really weird looks when emptying the self service counter of around 100 Quark balls at Düsseldorf Airport...
