Best badger brush around £30?

Hi..wondering, at this price can I do better then Edwin Jagger medium best badger?

Thank you, gentlemen. Still looking for best, though, because I'd like the better scrubiness that I understand it gives over silvertip... am I wrong?

I have a two band in 30mm from LS (Liojuny Shaving). Great knot in its own right, and especially for its price point (just over 30 excl p&p, less for the smaller). It's in my rotation along with much more expensive brushes.

I think the loft is 55 for all knot sizes though, so the smaller knots may have a less advantageous loft to knot ratio.

@loopyloop : If you decide on a Whipped Dog I'd recommend you also add a 24mm WD synthetic. It's probably my favourite brush (by the fact that I tend to use it the most).

Whipped Dog also do a 'High Mountain White' which may better suit your preferences. It's hard to look past halvor's LS recommendation. Frank Shaving may also be worth looking into as well.

frank shaving and maggards have a few interesting looking badgers, but the problem is that in the world of badger, you can get a great brush for little money, or you can get a great brush for a whole lot.

or you can a whole lot, and get a very crappy brush. or spend very little and get a very crappy brush too.
