the nice bottle caught my eye! i am easily pleased =)

it's really good stuff daz - treat yourself, you won't regret it. I gave a bottle to my dad, as he is a fan of lavender and he says he gets a lot of compliments when he wears it.

Modern (authorised) remake of Yardley Black Label? Lavender's the middle note but there's some other nice stuff in there - patchouli and oak moss. I've just done a BIN. It could be 5h!te - at £7.90 I'll use it as glass cleaner:

PS EDT not cologne.

Mmm - it's here, the jury's out and it could be a long wait. Soapy fresh, largely inoffensive but I ain't really smelling the notes mentioned on Basenotes. Reminds me of (i) a shower gel I used to cart to the gym (ii) something a kindly aunt (not uncle!) might have bought me when I was 16 (iii) what I imagine a Lynx body spray might smell like. That said, I can imagine that it could be quite refreshing after an evening shower on a hot summer day. A bit like the Durance de Provence sea buckthorn that I bought years ago, never used and re-discovered last year. The problem always is that a less-liked 100ml is a big bottle to work your way through :icon_neutral:
