Birth year razors - How much you prepared to pay?

got my birth yr super speed from evil bay last night. Sat there 5 mins to go thinking what i should pay. Decided to bid snipe with 15s and got the item with about 2s left,,, phew!!! Pretty happy i did not overpay for the item, even with the shipping added.

imo: from 1950-76 there should be plenty of fish in the sea, so I agree with what you guys are saying. If one comes along too highly priced, don't chase it down. Another will come along.
 
I am waiting for a Gillette long super adjustable of my birthday year I won in Evil-bay recently that I was looking for a long time (not very common unfortunately). It was costly, almost 40 dollars, but it seems in mint state and comes with its original box. Hope that when arrives it worth the money.

Found it interesting that I was able to find my father's birth year gillette(1905) before mine(boxed 1948). Believe I actually paid less for the '05!:)-(
And yes, the '05 shaved better!
