I had to shave my chest before and after surgery to have an intestinal resection.
I found that a Feather Nape razor with shaving oil was excellent. I wouldn't shave my body again.

Why don't you stop shaving altogether, instead of selectively bitching about something your childhood prejudice doesn't allow to fathom?
You either choose to be all natural like a proto caveman, or you choose to modify your appearance like a modern man - in latter case you lose any right to make snide comments about others modifying themselves an a way that differs from yours. Period.

More to the point I saw the advert on TV last night and was it me or did one of the blokes (I'm assuming he was a footballer?) not actually have any body hair to shave off?
