If you have formatting/content issues and aren't running the version mentioned above for your device - please try an application upgrade first.... also check it on wifi (to rule out any government-sponsored internet filtering in the guise of "Content Lock" - if it works on wi-fi but not on your 3G/4G network, complain to your network

If those suggestions don't work, the developers are pretty responsive in Tapatalk's own forums (provided you give them the information they need to work on - what app version you have, what hardware you are running on..., where it doesn't work (URL needed), what doesn't work ("it doesn't work" is not a great description).
