Diamonds Pro Excell Blades

Blades arrived safe and sound, thank you, Sean. I'll put one into my Merkur with a long black handle - maybe Muhle? - and give it a go in the morning. I'm a bit fed up with trying to wear out a injector twinblade so this will be good relief!
 
I think I've now established that performance just falls away on the 5th shave, but at 10p a go that isn't a big deal.

@Bechet - Carl have I convinced you yet that these are safe to use?

Sorry, I forgot to post yesterday, Sean. A great shave! You've found a winner with this blade and at a great price. I doubt I'll test it to destruction but may have a go for a third shave.

Okay, okay! I bloody bought some! Happy now? :)

I also bought the Lion blades as I'm sure I had a single Lion blade a long time ago and found it pretty good. It was made in South Africa. These ones might not be - in which case I'll be trying something totally new with all the giddy excitement that inevitably entails :)
I put 100 Styptic matches on the order to get free postage.

Once the parcel arrives and i've used a couple of each blade to the point of uselessness I'll update the blade review spreadsheet.
