Pecksniffs all of their stuff is nice, their edts are like aftershave imo.
Bentley Intense is an edt and not an aftershave but they did/do an after shave balm
Dunhill Desire another edt though again was or still is available as an after shave balm.
Burberry London another edt though I sometimes use it as an after shave.
Paul Smith Extreme
Marks and Spencer do some OK ones too.
All English designers or companies though I can't comment on if their goods are made in England.
Not English but British and worth a mention is Arran Aromatics Bay Citrus

Bronnley, TOBS and Harris. The core of my aftershaves is TOBS, but my default one is Harris Arlington.
