Email them fella they will askn you post it back, they then sent me 6 tubes to replace the faulty one.That's one I have been using...And that Ingram ...Well...I love the Smell...Half the tube is full of water though & it doesn't go that far...I don't know how they get away with it to be frank...

I love the Erasmic cream ......... got a few tubes of it in Poundstretcher a while back ...... along with a few tubes of the Ingram and a bowl of WIlkinson soap .......... The Ingram is great ....... The WIlko had a decent-ish scent, but was hard work .......

Erasmic has been about for years the puck is good stuff you can melt is slowly in a bowl of hot water then pour it into a small bowl
then when you go to use it put some hot water on it to soften it up and try a boars brush if you have one if not try em they work really well

I've used this cream for the 2nd time yesterday with a Plisson synthetic brush and it's really a good product, easy to lather and very slick.
