Fisher space pen ???

Today I received a box of 11 different pens, whilst going through them I found that one of them is a fisher space pen in absolutely mint condition but in the wrong box there is nothing on the pen apart from the follow:

Freedom II
Heavy Gold Plate
14k Fisher U.S.A.


Anyone got any ideas as to what model it is when it was produced etc ????

i can't find anything on the internet about this model, all the other pens are from the 70's from a pen collector that has sadly passed away.

If I can't get any info I'm gonna email fisher directly

Don't know much but can remember my dad having an identical silver version in the late 70's

I could be wrong, but I remember this being mentioned on a thread titled "WTB 1968 pen" or something the other day. There was some information posted on there I believe.

I get my Fisher stuff from CyberSpace Pens (linky) who are great to deal with.

If you get nowhere anywhere else, I would drop them a line - I'm sure they would help.
