I've had about 10 shaves with this razor now, and it's either a bloody fantastic smooth shave or a piss poor rough shave. I'm sure it's technique, as I can't really see any other reason for it; same brush, cream, prep etc. I'm gonna stick at it, maybe use it exclusively for a couple of weeks.

Any tips / advice would be welcome. When the shave is good, it's really good [emoji4]

I'm literally scared by the CP. I put it down to poor technique, and not respect its bite :oops:

I put it away and haven't tried for a while. I should try it again. But don't have the kahunas :eek:

I really tried to like the Clog Pruf as it looks like it should give such a nice shave. It sometimes did but mostly was a let down.
I found I preferred the OC Micromatic even though I usually prefer solid bars over open combs.
Maybe my CP was a dud but it looked in great shape. Just goes to show YMMV
