Recently bought a shaver grade slim adjustable to test the water, my first older razor & I'm finding it hard to put it down, absolutely love it.
The damage has been done, now on the lookout for a mechanically sound rocket HD500.
Can anyone help, please?

I think the blade gap equates to setting 4 on the slim and both weigh 71g, sooo on paper,
should suit my fizzog perfectly.

The No. 58 set is the same thing, with different knurling...
If that's an easier one to find for you.
You'll want the 72 gram version, not the aluminium one.
 
I have 2 HD. Thought they were the same but after checking them it seems they are different models. Both weigh 73 Gr. Both have the same II mark and same patent number. But one is made in England and the other doesn't have a made in stamp. Now that made me so curious I'm gonna do a proper search. I hope Omp can help you out with your HD.
