Hello there, after finally having enough of modern razors and there discomfort they caused me (and the expense) I decided to find an alternative, after aimlessly looking round youtube and finding mantic59's channel this lead me here.

Currently own just a Merkur 34c and started down the DE razor path today.

So look out for some noob posts, i thought at 32 I knew how to shave, I realised today actually I am a lazy shazer thanks to modern blades, plenty of time to learn this new art though :oops: ;)
 
Hello Richard, welcome to TSR.

Lots of knowledgable folk around here, so don't be afraid to ask a question, no matter how daft you think that it may be. Also, the search function is useful.

Thanks for the welcome, yes I must admit I have been lurking here for a few days before joining and looking up differnt things to help me, and this forum looked very friendly which gave me the comfort to join this community.
