Isn't this soap feebly scented?

I don't know what you mean by "feebly" scented. All of Haslinger soaps (IMO) have a perfect level of aroma. The scent lasts throughout the shave and really blossoms during the lathering process. No scent - in my experience - lasts much longer than the final pat dry with a designated shaving towel. But oh! the scents from that towel that have been introduced to your creams and soaps should be bottled.

One more attribute for Haslinger is that a cake/puck costs <£6.50 for a top-of-the-line tallow-based soap produced by the same family since 1890.

Amen! What's not to like? Performs good or better than any of my other favorite tallow soaps at a faction of the cost. Haslinger wins on any cost/benefit analyze.

I have the sheep milk one and it smells like a copy of MWF IMO. Of course, I am assuming MWF came first. It's a good soap, however I haven't gone full bore moonbat crazy like many have over it.
