I started home brewing a year ago, doing mostly real ale kits (St Peters, Muntons, Woodfordes), also done a few red wine kits going to start some more off soon

Since posting last time I've been a busy boy. I've brewed 3 gallons of wine a gallon of cider and 13 gallons of beer.

All of which is maturing nicely, and initial tastings are really encouraging!
