... so, there we have it. Clean, shiny, modern looking and takes a GEM like a good 'un! It is not adjustable and looks to be quite mild.

That is a beaut - did you have to de-spine the GEM? I've a few too many Wilkinson's now (mostly Empires). I hoped the Feather SE would fit but it doesn't. What model is this?
 
Yes, de-spine a GEM and take a pair of pliers to clip off the back corners. You need to do the same with your Feather - crack off the back corners.

This is a late model - a W19, I think. It's an Empire, but certainly not as we know Empires. Your '30s Empires, sort the blade out, push it in and enjoy. Earlier Empires can be adjusted for aggression, this one cannot.
 
If that's the quality of the rest of your razors, no wonder you can get rid of a few injectors. :icon_wink:

Lovely looking razor hope it shaved as good as it looked.
