Looking forward to seeing the new one! 16mm is really toattie but then a lot folks manage fine with a Simpsons Wee Scot and I believe they are only 14mm! Horses for courses and YMMV. I've got this urge to make a muckle great brush with a 30mm face pillow knot but I'd probably send lather flying everywhere! Can't thinking that between around 22 to 24mm would be perfect but still the idea of a big butch brush appeals. Mrs Gairdner could ay' use it for leg lathering I suppose.
 
I've just acquired a Frank silvertip, 24mm with 60mm loft. A great hulking beast, like lathering with a fluffy pillow, absolutely lovely. As Gairdner says, horses for courses!
