New brogues preparation and after care

I've been using Saddlers Original Leather Dressing on my brogues for a few months now and it's doing a really good job. I got them absolutely soaked about a month ago and was worried I would end up with tide marks but they were 100% fine after just air drying in my utility room. http://www.victoryleathercraft.com/saddlers.html

Decided to try this after watching the video on their site. It arrived today and I have used it on my Loake's, my Timberland earthkeeper shoes and my Timberland chelsea type boots and they have effortlessly been renewed to their former glory so thanks for posting this. A little goes a very long way so good value for money too. I also bought a pair of cedar shoe trees from Cathcart Elliot on ebay for £13 so again good value!

I once worked with a former Greenjacket who insisted that in his old firm anything beyond brush polishing was regarded as wilful destruction.
Or was he giving me a load of "bull"? ;)
