News on Wickhams 1912 shave soap

Never tried Wickhams before but I have here the old version (Super Smooth) and I have yet to try it. Hopefully it's a gauge of how the 1912 will perform when I finally decide to give in to that Russian Leather.

Hi @Vespasian1 not tried the supersmooth as defunct but the 1912 is very good indeed. Yea it is getting on for £20 with postage but it will last literally months.I get a good lather even as a noob bodger living in a hard water area. I would say get a few samples of it (few quid each) from these guys and see what you think if you don't want to buy a pot straight off.
