After reading the page dedicated to the stick on Nivea UK website, my understanding is that this product is for body shaving and is not supposed to lather (a gel is available as well). No surprise then, if it fails to satisfy hardcore (facial hair) wet shavers.

I think that's a really good price. Throw away the soap itself but use the container for a DIY shaving stick holder.

I have more shaving sticks than I need and throwing away soap seems wrong. Maybe SWMBO would want one? Then again, she has more unwanted (by me) shaving creams than she needs...

Definitely not my cup of tea.
There are soaps in this price range (4-5€ ) that perform superbly.
