Palmolive bargain !

I went in a local cheap & nasty shop today. Sometimes there are some good buys amongst the shite !

I found Palmolive Classic for £1:39

Needless to say, I bought some :icon_rolleyes:

Local (to where I work) chemist often has it for 99p.

No brainer.

I get it for 99p, tesco used to sell it for a pound as well.

Yep I can get it for 99p also Eramic shaving cream for the same price.

Never mind buddy.It is still actually a bargain when you compare it those overpriced fancy soaps and potions that are designed to empty ones pockets at an alarming rate.

I bought a tube too, green box Palmolive Classic with 0,1% palm extract. Pretty cheap, €1.69 for 100 ml. Hmm, 0,1% palm extract and calling it Palmolive, they sure have guts to do that. Either that or a truely wicked sense of humour. :-/

Will try it tonight or tomorrow.

i have tried palmolive sticks, they are a bargain at 49p, havent tried the cream, but i gotta recommend ingrams shaving cream, just got some @ £1.59 per tube & it is wonderful rick.

Well I shaved with Palmolive Classic twice already. What's to say about it? It makes a nice lather and does so pretty easily. Leaves my skin smoother than the canned gel-goo I used to use. Scent-wise it smells nondescript. Not that it smells bad but it does not smell particularly good, nothing special really just "soapy".
To sum up: good stuff at a low price that's easy to source.
