Parker 65R Razor

Just got an email from executive shaving and have to say this razor

Any of you guys used a Parker before? Any good?

My brothers go to was a Parker 96r. He used the for quite a while and didn't complain.

That razor though, IMO it looks terrible. Sorry!

Ha! It does have that kinda look to it. Would go well with my mums Sari. :)

Well......looks like I know what to get you guys for secret Santa.
Think Dipesh has put me off it with his Gran comment anyway. :)
 
The best ones look like copies of vintage razors. Parkerman, your avatar looks like a Gillette Super Adjustable but presumably it is the Parker Interceptor or some-such like?
 
I bought a 92R a little while back , to be honest it shaved O.K. , perhap's a little too aggressive for my liking and yes some model's are "quaint" looking .
BUT , give them their due the finish was first class on my razor , even putting some Merkur's I have bought to shame .

I use a parker 97r. I'm quite happy with it. I was told they were an aggressive shaver but i use mine every day without problems.
 
I keep being tempted by Parker razors but forum members quote that they are poorly made so I am put off. Shame because many of them look nice and they are sold at the right price.
