Connaught stock them in the UK, but getting them shipped from the US is generally cheaper if you want a good quantity.

They stock the 'med preps' too.
 
I live in the US. There are some good deals on the Personna Lab Blues. Amazon is $13.50 (£11) for 100 blades. Maggards Razor price is $13.99 (called comfort coated but probably same blade) and I understand good shipping prices.

Ironically, I bought Personna Med Preps from Connaught - best price.
