I have a Citizen Military Style that survived a 40 degree wash, not a mark on it and not a drop of moisture inside.

I think it would've survived a cycle in my machine but the washing machines at work are about 5 and a half feet tall and the spin cycles can be felt two floors up! :D

Nice watches the 007's.

I agree, I bought an skx007 a few years ago and still love it.

So what did you get?

I just ordered one of these from Creation:

Off on holiday soon and I thought it would be the perfect holiday watch. Casual, but nice looking. Chrono and rotating bezel to time things. Good water resistance. Drilled lugs. Great lume. Solar quartz, so reliable, tough and always ready to go.

Have a couple of Zulus on the way to strap it to.

I wear this watch for work due to the easy to read 24hr dial "I'm a train driver".

It's a Seiko SNZG15J1 Automatic watch.
And I wear this one at home.

I've got one of these for work. gets lots of comments about how smart it looks.

Got it on a Bond nato at the moment.

The Citizens bracelets are way better than the Seiko.

I know its not military style but whats peoples thoughts on G-Shock watches.

Is the extra money worth it.
The only thing that I'm, worried about is when Ii have my hands inside or behind computers is scratching the face or strap of my watch

Looks good n1vlo

Liking the look of http://www.hsamuel.co.uk/webstore/d/1430017/casio+g-shock+men%27s+black+striped+fabric+strap+watch/

I thought maybe I could piggyback this thread I'm looking for a new watch around the £60 mark. Has to have a non metal strap as I can't be dealing with the pulling of arm hairs. I'm liking the g shock watches but only really want time and date and if possible a light for the dark. Any thoughts?
