After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:


vintage butterscotch Simpsons best
Parat/Wilkinson Super Sword Edge (NOS)
MdC Fougere SS
Barbershop Bay Rum AS and more used as cologne

Third shave with the Parat.......nice little razor. No worrying about any weird angles or discomfort during the shave, which can happen with US made superspeeds. Plus, this thing leaves me with a closer than usual result for some reason.

Once again the MdC was very good but not great. Still, thanks to Paul it's been pleasant trying out this latest scent. Enough for one more shave sticking to the bowl's bottom. I gotta say post shave skin care is real nice with this soap.
