Soap: Stirling Frankincense & Myrrh
Razor: Gillette Super Blue (Chinese Tech), shimmed, on RazoRock bamboo SS handle
Blade: Tiger Superior Stainless (3)

It was tempting to carry on with my cooling cream in this weather, but I was impatient to try some of the soaps I picked up from @Benz3ne and decided to start with the Stirling and see what all the fuss was about.

It clearly hadn't been used for a while, and the scent was more boot polish than Christmas to my untutored nose. Add some warm water, though, and a delicious spicy aroma immediately filled my nostrils. A lovely cushioning and slick lather was produced with minimal effort, and I was on my way to a very satisfying Friday morning shave.

Ah the fabled SE. 2012 Badger & Boar, how I wish to stumble over one on a Ebay or BST, is it as good as they say? :) P.
