Stop it! You're just taunting me on purpose! It looks even shinier in B&W.

I might put a bikini or short skirt on it for tomorrow's pic :)

You seem to have found Carl's 'Shave and a Haircut' razor without half trying. Excellent.

Thurs 5th March 2015

Neutrogena Glycerine Soap
Victoria PB Brush
Proraso Green Cream
Gem MM Open Comb
Gem S/S [ 10 ]
Alum/ Woods of Windsor A/S Balm
La Toja A/S Lotion

MMOC v Other SE [ ER & Gem ]
Over few weeks, have used MMOC and other SE on alternate days [ same blade in OC] with blade swopped between its competitors. It has delivered consistently high standard shaves throughout the Trial. On the 10th use it was compared with a Streamline , and though I love using the Streamline, i think the MMOC provided a slightly better shave.

Recovery shave

TOBS Sandalwood soap
Bodyshop synthetic brush
Rapira Swedish Supersteel (5)
Apollo Slant with Weber bulldog handle
Nivea sensitive ASB
The Man Cobalt EDT

Good shave, gentle start to the day.

Birthday shave, hung over.

Vintage Wilkie
Progress on 2, 1.5
Vulfix 404
The last remnants of my Soap Commander Respect sample
Myrsol Antesol (still looking for more if anyone wants a sale/trade?)

The Wilkie was pretty rubbish. Despite saying made in England on the blade it was a little rough and not very sharp.

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

vintage butterscotch rebranded Simpsons best
'Webly'/Wilkinson Super Sword (NOS)
RL Safari SS
Neutrogena oil-free moisture sensitive skin
RL 'Safari' EdT (vintage juice)

Up till today the last 4 shaves have been with some very nice vintage Filomatic Titanio blades from Spain (thanks Good Doctor). This morning was time for a change and I went with this very old Wilkinson that I like. Smooth and sharp,

This soap is pretty darn good and the original EdT is a nice compliment for after the shave. I smell kinda purty.

BBS results,

Martin
