First run out with my new Mongoose (thank you Wingman)
Superb first shave. No irritation and no weepers.
Having a shiny Mongoose on loan from SM304 for the past 2 weeks, I could detect no discernible difference in the shave, but the satin finish is prettier!
With a little water poured onto the soap for a minute or two and sixty swirls, the Muhle did a fantastic job with the Eucris! I am really enjoying this brush.

Suffering a bit with dry skin, so wary of 1924. Such a nice close shave, no irritation.
So far, this seems far superior to MMOC, but needs a great deal of attention whilst shaving.
The pleasure of shaving and traveling with a masterpiece! This Mastro Livi CarboInox straight razor is a joy to see and a joy to shave with. Another notable thing about this shave, is that I finally managed to get some Pinaud aftershave, as it recently is getting easier to find it in some European stores. Pinaud is a burning hell on your face - alcohol seems to be pretty a lot - but it definitely feels very refreshing and smooth.

Prep: Hot shower Pre: Proraso pre-shave - sensitive Soap: Granstaff - Illipe & Cocoa butter Bowl: Woodhead Pedestal Brush: Traditional Shaving Co. - Pure Badger Razor: ATT S2 + Weber Bulldog Blade: Sputnik (1) After: Barbershop Bay Rum, Village Barber ASB
First time use of the ATT open comb slant. Again very, very smooth like the straight bar version. I think it's a tad smoother and is better around my chin but that might be because I've had practice with the S1 recently.
You can see in the photo how the head is designed. The RHS is built up higher than the LHS. Where the teeth are inline with the bottom of the baseplate on the RHS, they gradually slope down going along the comb until they're lower than the baseplate at the far side (i.e. same as the LHS in the photo)
Haven't used a badger brush in quite a while and wished I'd just stuck with pig, horse or plastic.
End results, maybe smoother than the S1 but need more use to be sure.
