Prep: Hot wash with dove soap.
Soap: Sterling Naked and Smooth.
Brush: LEA special edition Vie-Long horse.
Razor: KYOEI 5/8 Square point.
Post: Nivea Sensitive Balm.

Nice 2 pass shave plus touch ups, not as smooth as I would like but with this being a never used before and newly honed razor I took extra care. Very good socially acceptable shave no nicks of weepers of any kind, the razor is wonderfully smooth those scales just look awesome, the picture doesn't do it justice. Now to get the hang of ATG.

Jim
Thanks Rob for a brilliant Job of honing the razor.

Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Clinique Post-Shave Soother

Excellent shave today with one of my favourite soaps. For anyone who would like their post-shave face to feel like a soft female breast, I highly recommend Calani :)

SOTD - Tuesday
Pre: Village Barber oil
Cream: Simpson's "Lavender & Vetivert"
Brush: Rubberset-400 replica with 24mm silvertip
Razor: Ikon DLC OSS
Blade: NOS Star (1)
Post: Thayer's Original witch hazel, followed by Village Barber balm
Simpson's cream whipped up easily and smelled great.
I've had these sealed Star blades in my stash for about a year. Maybe I got a duff blade. Eventually got a 3-pass DFS. Well, at least they look cool.
