Scottish Steak Challenge

Look here you sick puppies, I'm on an effing NHS diabetes prevention plan and watching this has just set me back several months.
Don't eat carbs, only eat fats, lard is one of the food groups along with beef and bacon and pork and lamb and chicken, for lean meat.
Sorry I missed out barbecue meat for extra flavouring.


I have to say, I feel more bloated after eating carbs than protein and I feel fuller with protein for longer. :)
