Signature soaps - how to rehydrate?

I’ve been neglecting my signature Capra soap recently having worked through Proraso and latterly TH ultimate comfort which are much easier to lather.

I reverted back to Signature tonight and it has become very dry and almost glue like and so took ages to lather, however, I now remember why I like it so much as it’s so kind to skin and shaves closer than the others.

Is there a way to rehydrate it without ruining it?

Message me picture of it. Never known my soaps to dry out. Brian
