Site gone French for me!!!!

I know I am posting in the wrong section but after I logged in today my site has gone French on me!! Is there anyway I can switch it back to English?
All posts are in English the site itself is now in French?

It went Dutch with me yesterday, I thought I must have knocked a setting or something. Anyway, there's a language pick list in the bottom right of the forum.
