Greetings,

It's been some time since I last used the Parker 24C. Out of all my parker DE razors the 24C took more than a fair few shaves for me to bond with it. However, once I adjusted to using a steeper angle, which parker razors require IMHO, it rewarded me with close efficient shaves...Some razors take a while before you bond with them, the 24C was the one for me.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe and enjoy your Sunday ladies & gentlemen.

First try of these blades. Dated on or before 1966 due to pounds shillings pence pricing on the Australian market outer packaging.
A sharp and smooth blade by modern standards.

Many thanks to @TomG for trading these with me.

Sunday 17 March

Today my 100 plus year old Gillette oc. It’s a Pat. Nov.15.04 model but probably from around 1917/18. Quite a few of this particular type must still be around as Gillette apparently made 3.5 million of them for US Military.
It is slim, elegant and light and just a perfect razor, both aesthetically and performance. Difficult for me to see any modern razor that could deliver a more perfect shave. I also used a Nacet 5x. All hail King Gillette.
SV soap applied with the Zenith just to keep the Italian connection and it added to the perfect experience this morning.
Enjoy the day fellas!
