Tiger blades surprised me last use and still do a good job. I'm working back through my various blades to whittle down a top 6 to stock up on, well maybe top 10!

My Shave today consisted of...
Brush Phoenix Accoutrements Cyclotrode.
Soap GFT.
Bowl Captains choice Obsidian Copper.
Razors Leaf & El Fantasma Double Slant.
Blade Silver Star.
Post-Shave Johnny Bravo love potion.
Aftershave Jape.

First outing using a Slant razor, it's super light but not sure I got the angle right.
I will keep playing around with it, the slant feeling is strange.
The shave itself was more than acceptable, I love just how much it glows and can't wait for the wife to start moaning about two things glowing all night beside us on my shaving rack. :ROFLMAO:

What an odd day, shave

Prep - hot shower, lather face wash
Bowl - DSCosmetic green bowl
Cream - Proraso Blue
Brush - DSCosmetic 24mm G7 synthetic
Razor - Muhle R89 Twist
Blade - Racer Platinum Class (3)
Post - lather remains face wash, cold rinse
Splash - homemade (witch hazel and essential oils), Forest Fresh ASL
Balm - Nivea Replenishing PSB
Fragrance - Jeff&Co Carbon EDT

Like I said, what an odd day, overcast morning, sunny lunchtime then back to overcast afternoon. But on the bright side, I had my ears syringed this afternoon, what a relief (been blocked for a couple of months now, since the last cold I had) so I can almost hear a pin drop again, if one did that is, errr, yeah, anyway - nice shave this evening, loving the Blue Proraso (Protective I think) and the magnificent G7 brush made oodles of creamy lather which was then neatly removed, along with my stubble, by the Muhle and Racer. Mush left feeling and smelling very nice.

Ahahahaha :cool::D:D yup, still here and now in the middle of the moving to the location. Can't complain... an easy life onboard, barely taught, ate & slept plenty, just missing my straights... should've brought them...:oops:. Will be disembarking in 2 days...hopefully
 
As mentioned yesterday I tried the Dura Sharp in the Eclipse.
I got another great shave, just with a little more work using this blade.
I almost want to shave again immediately with a Shark, Rapira or one of the 7 o'clocks, just to see if I can find a blade it doesn't work well with!

I take back my grumblings about the new Mitchell’s, today I deliberately overloaded the brush and presto a lovely Fat lather. Just like old times! Two easy passes with the R89 and a fresh Feather and I was smooth and ready for the wet day ahead. Good stuff.
