I had forgotten that the Black Beauty is, for me, a fair bit milder than the Fatboy on setting 5. But not to worry. A very comfortable three passes for a damn fine shave. Have a good evening chaps.

Brush: Maseto 30mm finest fan shape
Cream: Crabtree & Evelyn Sandalwood
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel
AS: American Crew Revitalizing Toner

Best shave I have had from the Feather Soft Guard blade, but only a mediocre shave overall. The soft guard feels quite rough, not soft at all. Highlight was the C&E cream whipped into a great lather by the Maseto, this really is a fantastic brush.

The CF 1445 sample was very kindly sent to me by @patw
I liked the scent which was a good start. It reminds me of Fine's Italian Citrus.
It performed well, so it's a thumbs up from me.

The blade wasn't the best in the Tech. Struggled to get a close finish on the neck area.

Finished off with the brilliant Pitralon, which complemented the cream.

Posting a little late due to site maintenance with PostImg.
A decent enough shave, great on the cheeks and chin but struggled a bit on my neck. A little while since I used this last and it showed. However, no irritation and close enough for me. Loved the YaQi, insanely soft and simple to splay - up my street!
