And very nice it was too.
Its always hard to choose one of the special razors i have, i am really glad the MM got an outing today, sublime, close and comfortable.
Finishing off with the Barts Balm Lime lotion and balm then a good splash of Vintage 4711, it seems this 4711 has a bit more Alcohol in it than the present version.

Like with the mighty @Tony'schin (a very happy birthday to you and thank you for your great work as a moderator here), it's my birthday here as well.

One before a serious landmark, which I may celebrate for the coming of my mid life crisis with having the hairs from my ear lobes lasered, but on second thoughts that sounds far too painful so I might buy myself a hat that hangs over my ears instead.

I was planning to assemble a shave with some of my favourite items I've gathered along the way but I couldn't really be ar*ed so I pretty much just grabbed what was in front of me, and it was a smooth and comfortable shave, but like with yesterday's shave I picked up a little weeper along the way.

Anyway gents, I hope you have a good Saturday and weekend.

Prep: Warm shower:/Nivea Men Power Fresh Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
FatFace Ocean Escape Soap Bar.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Naples Tuxedo Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: Proraso Sensitive Shaving Soap.
Blade: Personna Gem PTFE. (D2)
Razor: Ever-Ready 1912. (US)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Wilko Men's Moisturiser./ Denim Original EdT.

A relaxing Sunday morning shave...The proraso sensitive soap created a slick protective lather in a short space of time leaving a wonderful post shave feel.

Another enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups comfort shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave of with a few small squirts of Denim Original EdT to the pulse points.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Aftershaves Stirling Witchhazel Lemon Chill + Reuzel Wood & Spice
Another excellent lather from the soap. The scent was nice too.
Reached 60th SR shave with this razor. Enjoyable 3passes for a ccs to sas result. Some redness irritation on the neck that passed after 30mins but otherwise was ok. Aftershaves were great.

Actually this shave was pretty rubbish given the blade was on its last legs, but persevere I did and a crap shave well received. Better luck next time.
