We have a fantastic butcher up the road from where I work he's generally cheaper than the super market and far better quality (properly hung, tied and so on) it makes such a difference. Great joints and fantastic sausages, burgers, pies, kebabs etc I would be lost if he ever closed, as well as the normal stuff they do venison, rabbit and various game birds (no pig cat not that kind of game bird)
