Straight razor buying. What to look out for?

I was looking at the Windrose straights and thought ~£30 was a good price but I'm kind of wary that they might be priced in that way to sell to people who know better than to pay a tenner for a Chinese made knock-off. They are selling as 'new' but there are also a few shave ready restored razors. The guy has good feedback so I'm thinking he might be worth a punt?

PM the Guy and ask Him the Score..Any Services I have had Thus Far from Windrose have been Swift & have been Excellent..The Guys name is Andrew..He is Very Approachable..Don't be Fooled into thinking that Chinese Steel is all Crap cause its Not Necessarily So..:)
