I'm sure Carl will repost the Raffle rules. In brief: there are 49 tickets, you pick the tickets you want and send the money via PayPal to Carl. When all tickets are sold, the bonus ball of the next lottery draw will pick the winner.

I think it should be mentioned that the prize for the August raffle is €250 (I think - Carl will correct me if memory doesn't serve me correctly) to be spent at http://www.pils-rasur.de/
