The wife's booked us in for lunch on Thursday as it's my birthday,can't wait!
anyone eaten in there? It was supposed to be a surprise but as it's only me that drives I think she realised she would need to tell me:icon_razz:
Also there's a micro brewery around that way somewhere I'll have to google and visit!
 
Yes, twice. Superb food...not for vegetarians.

I think the bar has had a bit of a revamp since my last visit so there should be a bit more room.
 
I drive past Marlow every day, well weekdays. Didn't know about this place. Might have to nip down and try it.

Fantastic food and service! Unfortunately didn't see Tom Kerridge,book writing apparently
Had complimentary whitebait in a paper cone with homemade sourdough & soda breads washed down with a pint of Hand & Flower Ale
Starter was Pork & Mushroom Terrine with dill & pickles & toasted sourdough bread with mushroom butter
Next up slow cooked duck breast with a duck dumpling sautéed savoy, duck gravy & chips cooked in duck fat with a side of kale with crispy ham hock
