Mine arrived two weeks ago, in red flower/med nib. Cost : £0.99 + £0.99 delivery.
Didnt have to prime the nib, it was all smooth from the moment go.
What an absolute bargain for such a lovely pen!
thanks for enabling
my handwriting is still in recovery phase so the medium does its job! Regardless, an absolute bargain!Happy to see another 450-fan
I did in the end replace the nib but that's just because I like EF/F nibs - the stock nib is fantastic if you like a more wet, medium one
Greetings
I have just looked these pens up on e-bay and I do wonder if a P.O.P. (Poor Old Pensioner) like me ought to pay £2:19 delivered for a fountain pen when you can buy a whole bundle of pencils for less at the supermarket......... hang on I have just spotted one up for auction, free delivery, the present bid is a tanner, that is sixpence for the younger members here, albeit it is six new pence which is a lot more! I am considering putting a bid in for ninepence, the auction does still have two days to run but I could consider using a sniping programme. I've just had a better idea UK Rob is the same age as me and has just retired so he is also now a P.O.P I think I'll ask him to go in with me that would make it fourpence ha'ppeny each and we could share it! Brilliant idea I'll message him!
Regards
Dick.
