So you're down to one a week or you're not allowed to stink the place out anymore.

Quite pleased with this little fix and no oil is required. Fry a few slices of chorizo on one side in a dry pan (oil should be released) then flip'em over & place in a circle and crack in the egg, the sausage sets in the egg white then fry till you like and add chilli to taste.

It all comes out in one go so you can serve between two slices, cob, with soldiers, sour dough or whatever...consumed in three minutes and she'll never know and you quell that pork n egg craving.
