Unscented Tallow Soap

Can anyone recommed an unscented tallow-based soap? Or one with a very light and neutral fragance?

The description says 'overtones of almond'. I take it this is quite faint. Do you know if anyone stocks lesser quantities than the 1Kg block?

Vitos loses all its scent pretty quickly, unfortunately. And yes, quite a few vendors offer it in bowls and as refills, have a look around.

Monsavon to me is very light lavender but some people can hardly detect that. Full of tallow goodness.

I just like the feel of tallow soaps. Could be placebo but I think my skin feels better after using a tallow soap.

Mitchell's Wool Fat: light 'soapy' scent
Speick stick: light citrusy scent, but all natural

Both very nice tallow soaps. Note that MWF also contains Lanolin, which some people are allergic to.

Speick would certainly be the best bet, but it hardly qualifies as 'unscented', even with the before mentioned ones

OK - looks like it lies between Vitos (faint almonds) and MWF (Soapy).

My inclination is to try MWF to see i f that meets the need.

I'd say the Valobra stick grated down, Just a nice clean soapy smell.

None of the Harris soaps that I've tried (Marlborough, Lavender and Arlington) have been to heavily scented.

I think Stirling soaps have something in their range and there is a group buy being organised.

Stirling soaps has "Naked and Smooth" (Unscented).

Dang - despite my intention to join this group buy I hadn't noticed this variety. It's perfect for what I want and I will order some in the GB.
